Epstein is the
Laurence A. Tisch Professor of Law at New York University as well as an Adjunct
Scholar at the Cato Institute. He is the author of Simple Rules for a Complex
World (1995) and Skepticism and Freedom: A Modern Case for Classical Liberalism
(2004), among many other books.
